Above patient had two mohs surgeries about a year apart and 10 years later the scars are invisible


































In the above 2 image sets there were two skin cancers close together. If both were removed same day, the reconstruction would have created a large flap that would never have looked as good as separating the surgeries by three weeks and doing two individual flaps. The end result shows him 5 weeks after the last Mohs on the right mid forehead and 8 weeks after the right inferior forehead.
