The results are soft, smooth, and rejuvenated skin texture—without the harshness of overfilling individual lines. It is a combination of the filler and the delivery through a very thin needle that lays down tiny beads of hyaluronic acid and at the same time, the subcision of the needle, or its pathway creating microscopic tunnels horizontally in a checkerboard fashion, in the dermis, that promote the dermal fibroblasts (cells in the skin) to produce more collagen.
