In the above 2 image sets there were two skin cancers close together. If both were removed same day, the reconstruction would have created a large flap that would never have looked as good as separating the surgeries by three weeks and doing two individual flaps. The end result shows him 5 weeks after the last Mohs on the right mid forehead and 8 weeks after the right inferior forehead.
The above patient was healed by wound care without a skin graft or flap. Good to show what the human body can do on its own sometimes. Not usually favorable as it can cause inner protrusion and obstruction of breathing on that side of the nose.
