There shouldn't be any problem with your healing form Zeltiq and as there is no surgery, there shouldn't be an issue with you flying so soon after treatment.

If this doesn't change and you have Zeltiq, the good success of the CoolSculpting may be mitigated by the weight gain after the treatment. Since Zeltiq minimizes the fat you have, you will need less fat after the treatment to maintain your new shape.

Depending on how much you're considered to be overweight, a small adjustment to your shape may be enough to fit into your clothes. If there is somewhat more fat than a 1/4 or 1/2 inch, the Zeltiq CoolSculpting may not be enough or soon enough as it takes four months to reduce the volume by 20% on average, after one treatment. You may be a candidate for small cannulae tumescent liposuction and although there may be swelling to some slight extent, you will probably (no guarantee) have a significant reduction in fat from liposuction, and the shape will change for the better. The brusing will be gone by three weeks on average, and the slight redness and tenderness should continue to diminish but you can deal with these while being socially active.
