I just had Zeltiq™ CoolSculpting in NYC three weeks ago and I don't see any improvement yet, why?

Zeltiq™ relies on your body to process and metabolize the dead fat cells that result from the freezing in CoolSculpting. It takes about four months to obtain the average 20% reduction in fat volume. Many patients feel the improvement by their clothes not feeling as tight rather than seeing the difference visually. Zeltiq™ is designed to perform CoolSculpting on localized areas, not homogenous full or overweight circumferential thighs. I would be concerned about creating irregularities trying to patch multiple areas together around the thigh. Zeltiq™ works very well on the abdomen and love handles and the company may be developing, in the future, more applicators.

You are describing a delayed bruise. Most bruises occur immediately because of the suction, (similar to a "hickey") but if it truly wasn't present immediately after the treatment you should ask your doctor if they need to see you to make sure that nothing else is occurring. The average result is only 20% reduction in four months, and although at one month there is some reduction, it is a small percent. It would be better for you to watch your diet carefully and try to exercise a little despite your hectic prewedding schedule.
