No, there is no cure for cellulite, but with maintenance treatment of Endermologie or Velashape, there may be an improvement in the appearance. Thermage™ is one treatment that might provide long term improvement, but again, is not a cure. You can have it repeated, but it's not a two to three session per week plan as is Endermologie. Furthermore, it is not a guarantee that you will see the improvement. It will not all go away, but the contour can get better after Thermage™, and for some patients this is worth it.

Without examining you it is difficult to say precisely, but I doubt you would get any substantial improvement from Thermage™ radiofrequency tightening in the inner thigh areas after liposuction if there is significant loosening, indentations, sagging, etc. You may need a thigh lift so see a board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed many thigh lifts to determine if you're a candidate and be sure to discuss how the scar will look and if it will descend with time.
