The program is our way of thanking you for choosing the New York Aesthetic Consultants for your cosmetic needs.  You will receive a card the day of your appointment and remember to bring your card with you for all of your appointments so that you may earn your points quickly.  Below are some details regarding the program:

This card may be fulfilled using any injectable filler such as Juvederm & Restylane, Perlane, Evolence, Dysport, BOTOX® injections, laser treatments or spa services.

Once the 10 treatments are fulfilled, the $350 value must be used towards your next treatment or for the purchase of your next treatment. 

If the treatment is less than $350 you will not be issued a refund or credit for the difference.

The card is non-transferable.
