You should get the treatment approved by your ophthalmic surgeon, but I can't imagine a reason why at two months you couldn't have the Botox™ injections.

Botox™ should not be used below the eyebrow and above the eyelid as this may drop the eyelid for more than three months. Thin fillers can carefully be injected off-label, with good results at times. There are risks so be sure to speak to your doctor about them. Also, keep in mind that injections around the eyelid skin are prone to causing bruising so don't have the injections soon before an important social function.
I have fat cheeks and someone told me that I can have Botox™ injected for this. Please explain how this works.
There are different causes for fat cheeks. Some people are very thin but are built differently since adolescence. Their chewing, masseter, muscles are enlarged. This is similar to some people who just have larger calf muscles than others but they don't even exercise, they're just born with a different physique. These hypertrophic masseter muscles can be made less active and then they flatten, by the off-label use of Botox™ injections. There are side effects that need to be discussed with the doctor who will treat you. I tend to refer patients with this condition to an ENT specialist in NYC.
Is there any way that the effect of my Botox™ injections can be prolonged?
We have no evidence of any factor that can increase the longevity of Botox™'s effectiveness. Some doctors have their patients make facial gestures after Botox™ to increase the muscular activity and help bind the Botox™ as opposed to the normal neurotransmitter, to the nerve-muscle junction. Whether this helps increase the duration of Botox™'s effect has not been proven.
Can Botox™ help my chin creases?
Botox™ is used to treat the pebbly indents of the chin or to lift the drooping corners of the mouth but deep creases in the chin appear better results by injections with fillers.
