My nose is very short. Can Botox™ relax any muscles that will lengthen the nose?

I am not aware of any such results. Sometimes it can occur so different on one side than the other, that the physician will make it look better for those months until it goes away by purposely weakening the smile muscle on the other side. This occurs less in frequency with better placement of Botox by an experienced physician.
